Common Questions
- Your completion data is stored on your device and synced automatically via iCloud. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID on all your devices to keep information consistent
- GPS navigation and weather features require a Companion Pro subscription
- To restore a previous purchase, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases
- Routes are pre-loaded and work offline — no signal is needed once the route is cached at the start of navigation
- Weather forecasts require an internet connection. The last fetched forecast is shown when offline and will update when you have signal again
- To delete your account and all data, go to Settings → Delete Account
